Garbage
Unincorporated Polk County has subscription garbage collection in which each resident contracts individually with a garbage hauler. A number of companies provide service in unincorporated Polk County. Phone numbers for these companies are provided in the Dex Yellow Pages under "Garbage and Rubbish Collection."
