Recycling Cart Lid Latches

Report your windy day recycling woes:

Thank you for your recycling efforts! We want you to have a good experience using the Curb It! recycling program. That's why we are currently researching the use of lid latches on recycling carts to ensure lids stay closed on windy days and your materials get recycled.

Please fill out this short survey. By providing your contact information, you will be eligible for a cart with a lid latch when they become available. Requests will be filled in the order they are received.

Thank you for your time.

*Please note this is only for Metro residents that have 96 or 48 gallon green Curb It! recycling carts. Residents with blue carts or 14 gallon bins are not eligible.
