in the communities of West Des Moines
and Norwalk.
It is not for:
- Ordering additional or new stickers or containers for residents
within the communities of Clive, Johnston, Pleasant Hill, Urbandale

These transactions must be done by mail, phone or in person at your local City Hall. New customers or customers making changes, please call your City Hall.
