Garden vegetation is accepted in the Compost It! program and can be placed in your bags or cart.
What classifies as "garden vegetation"?
The only type of garden vegetation we accept is vegetation that came directly from your garden. Anything that was purchased at the grocery store is not permitted in the Compost It! program. Even if your garden vegetation has made it's way into your kitchen, we still ask you keep it out of the Compost It! program and dispose of it in your garbage instead.
